Personality Test

I have decided to take two personality tests. This one is the one from the start of the Events Management course at Nottingham Trent University.
I will use this information to see how I have changed as a person from the experience at university. As part of this personal reflection, I have taken the Myers-Briggs Personality Test to help me understand my personality type and the points I need to work on.
My personality type as of October 17, 2024 is Mediator (INFP-T). According to the test, as a Mediator, I possess a rich inner world brimming with imagination, empathy and idealism.
My Personality Traits
My personality traits are made up from the answers to the questions I have been given on the personality test at 16personalities.com.
I do feel that the results of this test results are accurate and I resonate with the personality that I have been given. I do tend to catch myself being disorganised and I tend to rush work to meet deadlines as things are left to the last minute.
I also struggle to make connections with new people and tend to not go out of my way to meet new people which also makes group work difficult, which in the event industry can be a problem. I have identified 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses with the current personality trait which will give me some focus points to work on over the upcoming year.
- Work Well Under Pressure
- Creative Visionary
- Values-Driven Professional
- Empathetic Collaborator
- Adaptable Problem-Solver
- Idealistic Expectations
- Conflict Avoidant
- Perfectionist
- Sensitive to Criticism
- Unable to Group Work
